Yes. We support the systems your centre already uses - enrolment, CCS reporting, parent apps and sign-in kiosks - keeping them updated, backed up and online, and working with the software vendor directly when something breaks so you don't sit in the middle.
How do you protect children's and families' information?
With the same controls we bring to healthcare clients: multi-factor authentication, role-based access so staff only see what their role needs, encrypted devices and backups, and Privacy Act-aligned retention. We can also evidence these controls for assessment and rating visits.
Do you work around session times and sleep times?
Always. Most fixes happen remotely without stepping into a room, and onsite work is scheduled around your day - early mornings, sleep windows or after pick-up - so educators stay with children, not waiting on a technician.
Can you help with Wi-Fi, tablets and CCTV as well as computers?
Yes - centres are more than office PCs. We design Wi-Fi that covers every room and the yard, manage and secure room tablets, and keep CCTV and door access systems recording and retrievable, all under the one support agreement.
