Annual commit or Flexible?

Annual commitment locks a lower rate for 12 months; Flexible costs roughly 15-18% more but scales seat counts up and down monthly. Seasonal workforces often blend the two - a committed core plus flexible seats over peak. We structure that in the quote.

Prices are current Australian pricing including GST as at July 2026, per user per month. Google adjusts pricing periodically - see our Google Workspace pricing guide on the blog for the running history, and we confirm current numbers on every quote.

Google Workspace Business FAQs

Which plan do most businesses actually need?

Business Standard. The jump from 30 GB to 2 TB per user, shared drives and meeting recordings covers what growing teams hit first. Starter suits micro-businesses; Plus earns its price the moment you have retention, legal or device-management obligations.

Do these prices include GST?

Yes - the prices on this page include GST, shown per user per month. The bracketed figure is the month-to-month Flexible rate; the lower figure requires a 12-month commitment.

Can you migrate us from Microsoft 365 or old G Suite?

Yes - mail, calendar, contacts and files, with the cutover scheduled outside business hours. Legacy G Suite and G Suite Basic tenants still on grandfathered plans usually save money moving to current plans properly rather than waiting to be force-migrated.

What happens past 300 users?

The Business family caps at 300 seats - beyond that you move to Enterprise plans, which remove the cap and add enterprise-grade security, compliance and support. See our Google Workspace Enterprise page for how that pricing works.
