Industry We Serve

IT support for care services that never clock off.

Reliable systems, protected client records and compliance-ready security for aged care, child care, community care and NDIS service providers across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Who we support

Who we support across care services

One IT partner across the care sector - each service type with its own funding body, compliance regime and zero tolerance for systems being down when people depend on you.

Aged care

Residential and home-care providers: care management software, medication systems, family communication and aged-care quality standards evidence.

Child care

Centres, kindergartens and OSHC: CCS and enrolment software, sign-in kiosks, room tablets, CCTV and Wi-Fi that carries it all.

Community care

Community and in-home support organisations: mobile workforces, rostering and client-management systems, and secure access from anywhere your teams work.

NDIS service providers

Registered providers: participant records protected to NDIS Practice Standards expectations, incident and claims systems online, audit evidence ready.

Care runs on systems - and on trust

Care organisations hold some of the most sensitive personal information there is: health records, behaviour support plans, family circumstances, children's records. They also run on software that cannot go down - rostering, medication management, CCS reporting, NDIS claiming - delivered by staff who are carers first and computer users second.

Synex supports care providers across Brisbane and surrounding areas with exactly that reality in mind: systems that stay up around the clock, security built for privacy obligations and funding-body audits, and a helpdesk that talks to your team like people, not ticket numbers.

One technology partner, whatever your size

Larger providers: we work as your external IT consultant and procurement partner - standardising sites and programs, managing vendors, and delivering projects alongside your internal capability.

Small and medium providers: we become your internal IT department - one number for anything with a plug or a password, one monthly invoice, and technology decisions made by people who understand care funding.

What we provide for care organisations

  • Managed IT support - helpdesk, monitoring, patching and on-site help, with after-hours cover for services that never close
  • Cyber security - client-record protection, MFA, backup and notifiable-data-breach readiness aligned to the Essential Eight
  • Business internet - reliable connections with failover for sites where care systems cannot drop
  • Telephony - call flows for intake, rostering and family contact, with mobile apps for field teams
  • Email licences and management - Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including non-profit pricing where your organisation qualifies
  • Website design and application development - from parent and family portals to custom rostering integrations
  • Cloud servers and infrastructure management - care software hosted, monitored and backed up properly

Many care providers are also registered charities - if that's you, you may be entitled to free or heavily discounted Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licensing. We verify eligibility and register you as part of onboarding.

Care services IT FAQs

Can you support our care management software?

Yes. We support the systems you already run - care management, rostering, medication, CCS and NDIS claiming platforms - keeping them updated, backed up and online, and dealing with the software vendor directly when something breaks so you are not stuck in the middle.

Our services run 24/7 - does your support?

After-hours support is part of how we work with care providers. Critical systems are monitored around the clock, and urgent issues have an escalation path that does not wait for business hours.

Can you help with NDIS or aged-care audit requirements?

We build the technology side of your audit evidence: access controls, backup and recovery proof, incident response readiness and data-protection documentation that maps to NDIS Practice Standards and aged-care quality standards expectations.

We are a registered charity - can we get cheaper licensing?

Very likely. ACNC-registered care organisations usually qualify for Microsoft and Google non-profit programs - free Microsoft 365 Business Basic and free Google Workspace, with deep discounts above that. We verify eligibility and handle registration as part of setup.
